Chapter 5 — Refinement & Report

Prompt 15 Refinement Loop

Bounded refinement: what's strong, what's weak, what's unresolved — max 3 cycles, then you choose to continue, adjust, or stop.

Context/Tips
  • Inputs: `[AGENT:VACANCY_MATCH_SCORES]`, `[AGENT:VACANCY_VERIFICATION]`, `[AGENT:APPLICANT_COUNT]`, `[AGENT:VACANCY_SOURCES]`, `[AGENT:SEARCH_CRITERIA_STRUCTURED]`, `[USER:REFINEMENT_REQUEST]`
  • Outputs: `[AGENT:REFINEMENT_SUMMARY]`, `[AGENT:REPEATER_STATE]`
  • Checkpoint: Yes — refine or finish.
  • Quality gate: Summary lists strengths, gaps, unresolved; prior results preserved.
  • Suggested agents: Agent 15; optionally any of Agents 10–14 if the user requests a specific rerun.
  • Manual use: Paste P15 with Steps 7–11 outputs.
Expected Outcome

`[AGENT:REFINEMENT_SUMMARY]`, `[AGENT:REPEATER_STATE]` Checkpoint: Yes — refine or finish.

The Prompt
Review [AGENT:VACANCY_MATCH_SCORES], [AGENT:VACANCY_VERIFICATION], [AGENT:APPLICANT_COUNT], [AGENT:VACANCY_SOURCES], [AGENT:SEARCH_CRITERIA_STRUCTURED], and [AGENT:SOURCE_LOG]. Summarize strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and unresolved issues as [AGENT:REFINEMENT_SUMMARY]. Ask the user if they want more vacancies, different job types, new geographies, new languages, a tighter shortlist, or refined criteria as [USER:REFINEMENT_REQUEST]. If yes, repeat the Multi-Channel Vacancy Source, Applicant Count, Matching, Verification, and Strategy stages with new constraints. Cap refinement at 3 cycles per loop; after 3, ask the user to continue 3 more, adjust criteria, or stop. Context-bloat rule: after 3 cycles, or roughly every 20 user turns, offer P41 Archive Compaction before further cycles. Keep previous results in [AGENT:REPEATER_STATE]. Stop when the user is satisfied or further iteration is not useful. If zero verified vacancies remain after 3 cycles, pause and present the evidence, then ask the user to adjust criteria, change role targets, or finish early. Do not loop without consent. Do not discard previous results. Do not overwrite confirmed criteria or CV profile.
